2. Account Registration and Security

Account Security

You accept liability for all activity that takes place under your account prior to notifying fg88 of any unauthorised access.

Account Suspension and Closure

fg88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected or confirmed; (c) chargebacks or payment reversals have been initiated by the player; (d) the player provided false information during registration; or (e) the account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months. Where an account is closed for breach, any balance held may be forfeited at fg88's discretion.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fg88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made by players on the fg88 platform.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. fg88 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard and major Bangladesh bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. Deposits are typically credited to your fg88 account within 60 seconds of the payment being confirmed by the provider. fg88 does not charge a deposit fee, though players should check whether their payment provider imposes any charges. Players may only deposit from payment instruments registered in their own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed the same day they are submitted, subject to standard verification checks. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. fg88 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal times vary by provider: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within hours; bank transfers may take one to two business days. Winnings tied to an active bonus that has not met its wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is satisfied.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

fg88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each offer is made.

   All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotional terms for that offer. Players must complete the wagering requirement within the specified time limit, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

   Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where a specific cash-equivalent offer has been explicitly communicated. Bonuses are awarded to the eligible player personally and may not be shared with or transferred to another person.

   fg88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a player has completed the associated wagering requirements, the bonus amount and any winnings derived solely from that bonus will be removed from the player's account.

   Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using systematic betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with others to claim multiple bonuses — will have their accounts suspended, all bonuses forfeited and associated winnings cancelled.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fg88. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

   Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen, cloned or fraudulent payment methods. Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving gaming credits. Using software, bots or automated tools to interact with fg88 games or services in any unauthorised manner.

   Money Laundering: Using fg88, directly or indirectly, for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime. Any transaction fg88 reasonably suspects is connected with money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities and the associated account frozen pending investigation.

   Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hand information in live card games, team play designed to exploit game mechanics, or any other form of collaborative cheating.

fg88 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Where a potential violation is identified, fg88 may temporarily restrict account functionality while an investigation is conducted. fg88's determination as to whether a violation has occurred is final.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All games on fg88 are supplied by licensed, internationally recognised providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt and Microgaming. Each game operates according to its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which are determined by the provider and verified by independent testing laboratories. fg88 does not alter or interfere with the RNG mechanics of any game. 8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use fg88 for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability

fg88 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. fg88 does not guarantee that games will be available at all times or that results will be delivered without delay. Platform availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades or circumstances outside fg88's reasonable control, including network outages, power failures or acts of nature.

10. Amendments to These Terms

fg88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, fg88 will provide notice to active players via their registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of fg88 following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting fg88 support.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of fg88 or any aspect of these Terms, you are encouraged to contact fg88 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. fg88 aims to resolve all player complaints within 72 hours of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to a mutually agreed form of alternative dispute resolution. fg88 does not accept liability for outcomes arising from disputes not first submitted to fg88 support for review.
